My father in law was starting hospice at home services. The company delivering the bed for him was not allowed to help move patients physically. When we knew there would be a challenge to transfer my father in law from his chair to the bed, the set up and delivery gentleman was kind enough to instruct a number of family members, standing bedside, on how to successfully do the transfer. At this stressful and sad time we were all so appreciative for the assistance he provided to successfully do the transfer, while at our side. Before he left I told him how much his help was appreciated and gave him a token.
